There is nothing to imagine here in Phoenix, aka, "The Valley of the Sun".

This time of year it is more like The Surface of the Sun! Not to worry since it will only be 110°f+, excessive heat warnings are not anticipated. This is what we call a cool snap down here.


From the Phoenix NWS:

SATURDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...HIGH TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO REACH OR EXCEED 110 DEGREES EACH DAY...WITH SUNDAY AND MONDAY THE HOTTEST DAYS. ALTHOUGH EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNINGS ARE NOT ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME...THESE HIGH TEMPERATURES ARE CONSIDERED
